Steven D. Segraves,
M.D.
Dr Segraves was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He attended the University of Kansas, where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. He attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He graduated in 1986, then completed a psychiatry residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr Segraves is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has a subspecialty board certification in Geriatric Psychiatry. He is currently on staff at Cass Regional Medical Center. He is the Psychiatric Director of the Monarch Behavioral Health Unit at Cameron (MO) Regional Medical Center.
Dr Segraves treats adults and seniors, across a wide variety of diagnoses. He utilizes medication and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) as treatment options.
An avid sports fan, Dr Segraves follows Sporting KC, the Royals, Chiefs, and his Jayhawks. Leisure activities include working in the yard, reading, walking, and enjoying time with his dogs.
He is currently accepting new patients.
